This is mixed media work that is inspired by the beauty of the deep sea. A white whale curiously explores the ocean floor finding a treasure trove of wonder. The ocean floor is a mix of clippings from magazines and actual rocks and shells that I found on a recent trip to the beach. The whale clipping has been inverted in color digitally to stand out against the blue background. The blue ocean background and bubbles have been added digitally.
